Josh loved his act of generosity so much, he said I can’t let you do that, but offered him a $1500 job to shoot with another lead videographer John Burman down In Cabo San Lucas.
John loved working with Jake so much that he hired Jake for several other weddings afterward.
Josh loved the footage so much he also continued to hire Jake. Can you see the snowball effect happening?
Providing value first = $1500 + John extra $2000 + Josh extra $2000 = $5500

INVEST IN GETTING IN THE ROOM
Jake would take even the smaller less paying gigs becauase he understood that weddings typically will go from 6 hours to 10 hour days.
Sometimes companies think they only need 6 hours of coverage, but would realize how Jake serves them and how well he shoots and Immediately think that It would be worth keeping him around longer.
This would mean that most jobs that were $600- $800 would turn Into $1000-$1200 easily. $1000 x 4 additional SS jobs = $5000 $5500 + $4000 = 9.5k
JOBS TYPICALLY GO LONGER
After getting hired a few times through Second Society, other companies would then reach out to Jake for a total of 12 additional jobs In 2023.
